Baby & You
This course is aimed at helping you settle into and enjoy parenthood.
Baby & You follows on from your antenatal classes and is run in a series of 4 workshops covering a variety of issues that are likely to arise during very early parenting. These include:
- Birth & Feeding experiences
- Sleep and your child
- Relationships
- Development & Toys
- Returning to the paid workforce
The workshops will be held approximately 2 weeks after the last due date for each antenatal class, at the Ngaio Plunket rooms. Each course will be tailored to reflect the groups needs and written material will be handed out at the end of each session. The cost is $50 for WNPC members and $70 for non-members.
