Childbirth Education
A Childbirth Education class (antenatal class) is a good place to learn about non-biased birthing experiences, which provides you with the options on birthing to help you decide what you want. 94% of our members who have attended this course have found it relevant, beneficial and very enjoyable. Women are welcome to attend on their own or with their support person.

When
- Monday, Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday night classes run throughout the year. See the course schedule below
- Intensive weekend classes are held on demand once weeknight classes are full.

What Parents Centre Membership Offers You
Once your baby is born, WNPC offers support in various topics like feeding, sleeping, physical development and when to
call the doctor in our Baby & You Seminars. For older children, we run parent
education evenings on moving and munching (4-12 months), tinies to tots (10-18 months - covers play and development, care
of teeth and nutrition, care of feet and shoe basics), sleep, toilet training, CPR for babies and toddlers,
speech development, toddlers (covers behavior and nutrition), Music & Movement,

and published in our newsletter "The Sandbox".
